Our day starts between 6-8am, we give potty breaks and then serve breakfast. Our play time and training times vary depending on the season & weather. During the warm months, our playtime and training time is early in the morning and late in the afternoon with mid day potty breaks. During the cooler seasons, we spend more time outside mid day. The dogs get 2-3 hours of outside playtime with potty breaks every 3-5 hours excluding night time. Dinner is served between 5-7pm and our last potty break is around 9pm.

Your dog will be supervised very well while under our care, but sometimes accidents happen. If a medical emergency arises while under our care we will contact you immediately. If you are unable to be reached we will contact your emergency contact. If both contacts are unavailable we will contact your vet to see if they are able to treat them. If it is a serious medical emergency we will take your dog to the nearest emergency vet before your preferred vet. Your dogs safety is our priority. Once we arrive at the vet we will contact you again to let you know how your dog is doing and will continue to keep you updated. We do not travel more than 20 miles outside of our service area for emergency veterinary services. You are responsible for your own dog’s vet bill and a form of payment will be kept on file in case an emergency arises and we are unable to contact you.
